Frequently asked questions

The most important questions about Hospitly International — answered briefly.

What is Hospitly International?

A job board and placement platform for hotels and restaurants, at home and abroad. We are not an employer or a staffing agency ourselves; we connect businesses and professionals.

What does it cost?

For candidates, Hospitly International is completely free — candidates never pay any fees. Employers post their standard listing for free too; only optional Premium visibility is paid.

How do I apply for a job?

Create a free profile and send your application directly from the job listing. The employer only sees your data once you actively apply.

What happens to my data when I apply abroad?

If you apply to an employer outside the EU, your application data is transferred there only after your explicit consent at the application step (Art. 49 GDPR). Details are in our privacy policy.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Both are in “My area”: you can delete your account yourself and download a copy of your data as a file (Art. 15/20 GDPR). Invoice data is retained for up to 10 years as required by law.

Do you vet the employers?

No. We cannot technically establish whether a user really is the company they claim to be. We remove listings as soon as we learn of violations — so please assess offers carefully yourself and report anything suspicious.

What should I do about a suspicious listing?

Use the report button on the job page. Legitimate employers never ask candidates for money — payment requests are a fraud signal.

Is the platform still in a test phase?

Yes. Hospitly International is in an open test phase (beta); features and content may change. Details are in our terms of service.
