Does this apply to me?
The statutory right of withdrawal is granted to consumers (§ 312g BGB). Paid services on Hospitly International are aimed at employers acting as businesses (§ 14 BGB) — for them there is no statutory right of withdrawal. If you exceptionally book as a consumer, the following applies.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. To exercise it, send an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email to info@hospitly-international.de).
Early expiry
For digital services performed immediately, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (double confirmation at checkout).
